From our new roller blinds collection, we're introducing a range of acoustic fabrics that offer noise reduction benefits from surfaces including hard floorings, glass and walls.

With the rising popularity of features such as wooden floors in busy areas such as living spaces and kitchens, and the use of large expanses of glass, our sound absorbing roller blinds are an innovative new product.

Selected blinds in the roller blinds collection have been proven to deliver acoustic benefits in a room with up to 60 per cent noise absorption, tested according to EN ISO 11654 - a standard that contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Research suggests that good room acoustics can help prevent stress, improve communication and reduce tiredness. This is especially important for people working from home, craving a little peace and quiet.

The acoustic fabrics from the Roller Blinds collection feature on an ‘absorption scale’, varying from 40 to 60 per cent absorption compared to standard fabrics. Your Luxaflex® specialist can talk you through the collection book, showing you the available fabric options and colours.

The new range also features a new range of fabrics with a special fabric finish, StainStop, adding extra protection from stains and spills from common household water-based marks including cola and coffee.
